Booking Information

Our season begins on Saturday 31st March and finishes on Saturday 27th October 2012..

If a holiday at Domaine de Leygue sounds interesting, then we do suggest you reserve or contact us fairly early about dates to avoid disappointment.

This is because many regular guests book year after year for the same periods - some have been coming here for at least 16 years. Therefore availability, especially in the peak months, can very quickly become limited.

Letting Information

Our Prices Include

Rental Period

Bookings during mid and high season are for a minimum of one week, commencing on a Saturday at 3.30pm.  During low season, part weeks are available for booking for a minimum of 3 nights between Saturday and Saturday. Arrival time is NO EARLIER THAN 3.30pm. Please contact us if you wish to arrive later than 7.00pm.  Cottages should be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure.

Cleaning

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay and leaving their cottage as they found them on arrival.  In the event that more than the normal time is required to bring the cottage up to our required standard, a deduction will be made from the damage deposit.

Cancellation

You must inform us in writing should you have to cancel your holiday. You may pass on your booking to someone else with our written agreement, or we will do our best to re-let.

Insurance

It is a condition of letting that guests arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and have full cover for personal belongings, personal and public liability etc, since these are not covered by our insurance. The use of the swimming pools and all sports equipment is at your own risk.
